Visit A Local Garden

Number 35 Turret Grove will be open to visitors as part of the National Open Garden Scheme this Sunday the 20th of July.

This north facing garden shows what can be achieved in a small space (8 metres x 20 metres). Wayne the owner makes no secret of disregarding the rulebook and describes this visual feast of intoxicating colours as ‘Clapham meets Jamaica’. This is gardening at its most exuberant, where bananas, bamboos, tree ferns and fire bright plants flouring beside the traditional.

Entry cost £5.50 (children are free) and all money raised goes to NGS Charities

The garden will be open from 10am until 5pm and home made teas will be available.
