Wandsworth Heritage Festival 23 May – 14 June

The annual festival celebrates Wandsworth’s rich history through a programme of walks, talks, exhibitions, and creative performances. The event is organised by Wandsworth Heritage Service, with the support of contributors from local groups and societies who share their enthusiasm and local knowledge.

The Tooting Historic Shops trail launches on 23rd May with a brief talk on the fascinating history of shops and shopping in Tooting followed by a guided walk. No Booking required: meet at 11.00am at the United Reformed Church, Rookstone Road, SW17 9NQ. Duration 2 hours. Free for members of the Tooting History Group, non-members £2.00.
