Open Garden for the National Gardens Scheme
Charles Rutherfoord‘s garden was part of the RHS London Garden Trail and is open each year for the National Gardens Scheme. A Member of the Society of Garden Designers, Charles has created the garden over 30 years. In 2015 the main garden was remodelled.
The garden is spectacular in spring, when 2000 tulips bloom among irises and tree peonies.
Features include a scented front garden, Rupert’s geodetic dome sheltering seedlings, succulents and subtropicals.
Opening Dates for 2016: Sunday 24th April 12-5 pm & Wednesday evening 27th April 6-8 pm
Admission £4.00, children free. Light refreshment
