Plant Survey of West Norwood Cemetery
Walk TIME: 11.00am
Meet at Main entrance West Norwood Cemetery,
Norwood Road SE27 9JU
Take part for about 90 minutes in the ongoing survey of the wild flowers growing in the Cemetery organised by the SLBI with Amanda Tuke and Roy Vickery. All welcome regardless of ability.

The History of Clapham Common

Meet at the Bandstand on Clapham Common SW4 0AB
Tom Jansz leads this walk, tracing the history of Clapham Common from medieval grazing ground through place of recreation for eighteenth century incomers who built villas around it, transformation from rural village to Victorian suburb, home of some notable residents, to its important community role in WW2, and today’s green heart of a thriving, multi-cultural area.
