Old Town East Further Consultation 18 July 2014
In our July/August newsletter we gave a summary of the recently completed ‘regeneration’ work in Clapham Old Town, highlighting some aspects which we did not believe were satisfactory or did not comply with the plans.
We also met the Project Manager of scheme to discuss these. Without proper consultation, and only a few day’s notice remedial measures have been proposed which will cause more months of disruption, reverse some of the expensive work already completed and still not address all the issues.
